Our products are manufactured, handled, and packaged under strict hygiene standards. For this reason, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or unwanted items.


 

Damaged or Faulty Items

 


If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we’re happy to help.

 

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Please include:

     

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the damage (including packaging)

     

 


Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


 

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

 


We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout, or for failed delivery attempts.
